In 500 words or less please share with us how you:

have overcome adversity in your life. Everyone has had to face a challenge in their life; an experience from which an important lesson was learned or a new perspective on life was gained. Please share this experience with us and how and why it influenced your life.

how someone inspired you to change your life in a meaningful way. An individual can come into your life and because of their example, belief in you or encouragement change your life. Please share who this person was, how they changed your life and why.

how you set a goal to accomplish something and achieved it. Setting a goal and giving consistent, long-term effort to achieving it is difficult, yet rewarding. Please share with us a goal you set, how you went about achieving it and what challenges you had to face along the way.
